Employer Petrofac International Ltd.Sharjahm ,UAE is not paying my final settlement due as per contract, I had various emails communication in more than three and half months, with companies’ HR but no conclusion.
There are no of violations in the employment contract.
Being mantle harassment due to not paying my dues(final settlement as per contract)
I am presently in India, employer has sent me in India on 23/11/2012 on my rotation leave /demobilization but the same time they have cancelled my resident visa.
During my leave period and before leave proceed they informed me that after leave complete you will be on long leave and our department (CRG) will be in touch/ in contact and update for new assignment also on leave period they sent a revised action sheet (HR maintaining employee’s status) for long leave but after leave complete in next one week time again they sent me termination letter through email.
Can they terminate employer who was on leave or can they cancel visa before termination if yes then what will be liabilities having employee in UAE ? And hoe employee can fight from out side India if any contractual and employment violation by employer ?
My large amount claims are not being paid by employer even after various communication had during Jan.2013 to April’2013 almost three and half months. Even they realized that I had loss of part of salary during 25 months out of my service of 33 months, As they did not paid me HRA as per employment letter /contract and subsequent email correspondence that time in which they confirmed that there will no contract conditions change while they were sending me on site.
Due to employer did unfair termination and not being cleared my final settlement claim I am facing problem to clear my loan dues in UAE.
Please advice me.
