Current labor law pertaining to ban if specialist doctor changes jobs

Greetings. Thank you for this forum.

If I join a medical center in Sharjah/Dubai, as a specialist Doctor involved in patient care, with a 3 year contract and initial 6 months probation, with a 2 month mutual ‘no-cause’ termination notice, will a ban apply to me if I wish to join another facility in Ajman/Sharjah/Dubai immediately following the 2 month notice period?
Does the ban rule still apply within the probation time?
Is the rule any different if I were to join a government (MOH/DHA) hospital/center or a job in a free zone like DHCC?
