I am an expat from South Africa that worked 1 year continuously at a bank in Abu Dhabi. My wife recently fell pregnant and I resigned in order for us to return home. I am on a cash package and my employment contract state that end of service benefits are "not applicable" as it is included in my salary/package. Is this allowed or do I have a claim against my employer? If so, what is my next step legally? Many thanks Philip Abu Dhabi
