Jafza – Gratuity

I have been working in jafza since 2004. my first two labour contract was signed with 7 days of gratuity (as per jafza law) and the third contract is signed with 21 days gratuity as per revised jafza law. in this case, what will be my gratuity at the end of my third contract in total? my employer told that my first six years will be calculated with 7 days of current basic salary and last three years will be calculated with 21 days of current basic salary. is this correct? please advise…… thanking you very much for your social wellfares
