I ‘m working in company since 2007
they terminated my service in march 2008 they paid my end of service and I signed on final settlement and gave me one month notice which during i was exempted from service
the month of April was my notice period .
then in May 1st I was offered a new contract with 35% reduction in my salary and still active till date .
I’m planing to leave the company , can I file a case against them to claim the difference in the salary since there is a continuity of service ?
